Refund policy

We will happily provide you with one free exchange per clothing order if you have received the wrong item or have received a faulty item to all Australian customers within 28 days.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

DID YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND?

If you change your mind or wish to exchange for a different size, you can return your item for an Exchange or Store Credit provided that the item(s) meets our Return Conditions. Please see our Return Conditions below. If the item does not meet our Return Conditions it will not be accepted upon return.

  • If the item fails to meet our Return Conditions, it will not be accepted
  • The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the item
  • We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind or change of size returns
  • You have 28 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return
  • Items marked down from their original price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Until the returned item(s) reach our facility, they remain your responsibility and property


CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

In order for us to accept your return, the below requirements MUST be met;

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS BACK THAT HAVE DEODORANT MARKS, MAKEUP OR FAKE TAN

  • The item is in unworn, brand new condition with original packaging
  • no stains of any kind
  • does not have any fluff, pet hair and must be free of odour
  • The item is returned (and received) to us within 28 days of delivery date
  • The item was not purchased on sale                                                                          IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS, YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

EXCHANGES

If the item is not the right size or does not suit you, you have the option to exchange it for a different size or item. We will send the exchange items to you as soon as your return is processed.

Please note that we cannot hold products for exchange. We advise you to send your return promptly to ensure that you receive your exchange items without any delay.

In the event that the exchange item is out of stock, we will provide you with store credit.

Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges.
